La Glorieta is a garden with a central fountain and corridors delimiting the flower beds, built in 1838 according to plans by councilor Lorenzo Montero y Polo, expanding its extension in 1890 with the land that today bears the name of the Pau Botanical Garden.
It has a large balcony with views of the Calderona mountain range and has a leafy avenue of trees and bushes. In the roundabout we find a central pavilion, on whose sides you can admire part of the arches of the main cloister of the Vall de Christ charterhouse and a modernist kiosk originally located on the central Colón street.
This leisure space has a children’s swing area and a kiosk bar.
